I’m Michelle Villalobos, Transformational Event Leadership Strategist, Speaker, and Mentor. I know what it feels like to have a big vision… and a business that doesn’t quite deliver.

Years ago, a big breakdown cracked me wide open – and led to the biggest breakthrough of my entire life.

At the time, I was hustling hard, chasing clients, writing proposals, overdelivering, undercharging, and stuck on the revenue roller coaster. 

 

Some months, I crushed it. Other months? Crickets. 

 

I was exhausted, burnt out, and constantly in motion – and rarely in alignment.

 

When I (inevitably, finally) crashed and burned, I had no choice but to start over. I leaned into transformational retreats, experiential events, and a back-end community program that generated predictable revenue and meaningful impact.

 

In just 14 months, my business quadrupled. In another year, it was over 7 figures – mostly from recurring revenues!

 

More importantly, I felt fulfilled, free, and finally aligned.
