Michelle Villalobos (vee-ya-LOW-bos) is a transformational event strategist, leadership catalyst, and experience designer who helps mission-driven organizations and communities open their gatherings with intention, impact, and emotional resonance.
She has designed and facilitated over 150 multi-day leadership retreats – and consulted on hundreds more – bringing a unique blend of depth, strategy, and soul to every stage. Her signature keynotes and poetic openings are more than just speeches, they are energetic transmissions that activate audiences to show up fully, connect deeply, and engage wholeheartedly.
A formerly achievement-addicted MBA and magazine publisher turned conscious creator, Michelle helps audiences “set the stage” for real transformation by aligning energy, clarifying intention, and creating the conditions for breakthrough, connection, and collaboration.
She’s also the founder of The Superstar Business Breakthrough, a transformational business model incubator for thought leaders and community builders who want to grow membership, increase retention, and scale income and impact with integrity.

Stage Set-Up & Mic
Michelle prefers to use a headset microphone so that – like a true latina – she can use her hands to express herself 😂
Computer Needs
Michelle prefers to run slideshows from her own computer, and to that end brings all the adapters and connecters you could ever need. She comes well-prepared and well-equipped. If that's not possible, no problem, she will adapt as needed.
Slides
Michelle generally uses slides and likes to have a projector and screen, ideally with a confidence monitor. If that's not available, she will work around the equipment you have.
Lighting, Sound, & Tech
Michelle's sessions can be low-tech or high-tech – and she's able to work around what you have. She's loves to get "fancy" if you have the equipment to do it! You'll discuss this with her on your prep call.
Travel & Accommodations
Travel Location
Michelle flies American Airlines out of Miami (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale (FLL).
Hotel Accomodation
No preference for a specific chain or brand of hotel.
Travel Booking
Michelle prefers to book her own travel. She will submit receipts for reimbursements after the event, or you and she can determine a reasonable flat fee.
Ground Transport
No transportation arrangements needed: Michelle's team will handle all transport.
