Hi! I'm Michelle. I help coaches, consultants, and speakers scale their income and impact – while aligning what they do with who they (really) are.
For the first 7 years of my speaking, coaching, and consulting business, I hustled hard and rode the revenue roller coaster. I was exhausted, burnt out, and stuck.

Everything shifted after back-to-back health and relationship crises in 2014 forced me to take my foot off the gas and heal.
I pivoted to a new revenue model based on a long-term group program that drove monthly recurring revenue (AKA: "The Big Back End"). ​

In just 14 months of no longer trading time for money, revenues quadrupled to over 7 figures. More importantly, I felt aligned, fulfilled, and free doing work that felt truly meaningful and impactful.
